I've been a nVidia Fan since the old Riva TNT. I switched from the Voodoo 2, to TNT2 and never went to the RED side (ATI).

But really, now, unless you own a very expensive screen to play at ultra high res and all eye candy on, you can do the mainstreem res of 1920x1200 with high Quality on, with a pair of this cards for under $220, a GREAT BANG for your wallet.

Even with a single card you get very good frame rates at lower res, and, the performance of 2 can save you a lot of money than if you go for other higher priced cards.

Cons
Had some trouble getting the HDMI to send sound to my TV .Very hard to find documentation as to how to set this up. This card does not have a native HDMI output but comes with a DVI to HDMI adapter. The adapter does in fact allow the audio signal to pass to the HDMI.

I liked it so much that I ordered a second card to run them in Crossfire

this review is not about the product, its about how Amazon lists this item for sale and never gets it shipped. I ordered this vid card on May 31st, which stated 1-3 weeks for shipping to happen. then the shipping got moved to 1-4 weeks. OK, they only changed this after I have waited 5 weeks. now I am at 8 weeks (its 7/29/09 now), and their revised shipping date is Aug 12th -29th. So.. needless to say I wouldn't order this item from Amazon again unless you like waiting.
