We were on the lookout for a 4 Monitor Video Card and came across this card. In the past we used to work with two video cards each supporting two monitors. The old method resulted in slow display updtes, but this card is extremely good. We are using it in an igaming setup and each operator has to monitor many windows. The fast response of this card helps the user in more ways than one.

5.0 out of 5 stars Maybe not for Gamers, but excellent for business, November 5, 2011

I run 8 monitors (1280x1024) using two ATI FirePro 2450 cards on a Dell XPS 9100 running Windows 7. This configuration has worked smoothly for over a year and, in fact, I am upgrading my home office setup (also running 8 monitors) from an old PC running XP to another XPS 9100 with Windows 7 and have just purchased another two FirePro 2450 X1 cards.

Under Windows 7, users will notice that the Windows Experience Index subscore for Graphics is very low (2.0 on my system) running these cards. However, for my business I have never noticed anything less than perfect and smooth graphics rendering. Is suspect that gamers or CAD software users with HD imagery may have some issues, but these cards are excellent and reasonably-priced for business use.
