I bought this card so I can connect four LCDs to my desktop and it works very well for that. There are two nuances you need to know:
1) If you are using Windows 7, do not install the drivers that come with the card. I isntalled the drivers that come with the card and it doesn't recognize more than two displays. I called the manufacturer and they told me to uninstall the driver (then why include them?) and use Windows 7's drivers.
2) Moving applications between LCDs results in some slowness. However, this is not a big issue for business applications, which is what most people use quad display setups for.
Otherwise the card does what it's supposed to do and it's a great value.

I'm using this with 4x 24" 1200 monitors at work on Windows 7 64bit, and it does exactly what I need. Didn't even install anything but the Windows Update provided drivers. Sometimes it drops the Aero enhancements due to low memory or performance, but that's not what I use it for anyway.
Works well with Vista Business 32-bit,

I have two. One works well with XP Pro 32-bit. The other works well with Vista Business 32-bit. Vista found the driver for it. I just restarted the PC a couple of times and it's all done. It's basically for Office use. So I am not sure about the performance.
