This review is from: ATI Rage XL 8MB/8 MB PCI 3D Video Card Desktop PC VGA (Personal Computers) This card was allegedly "new" but when plugged into the PC it would cause the system to hang on boot. The problem is definitely with the card as I tried it in two other systems with similar results. The box was crushed and not sealed, so I suspect this was a used card the company was passing off as new. This company should make sure the products they sell work and not pass off used and untested parts as new:-(
