I was able to get this card on a woot special of $19.99 and had the card installed in 5 minutes working perfectly in a quad-core Dell XPS using Windows 7 Media Center which immediately picked up all my analog and digital HD channels. I ignored the install CD and went straight to the ATI TV Wonder website: [...]. I installed the ATI Theater Drivers for Windows v10.3 (3/23/10) and then opened Windows Media Center which recognized the tuner and picked up every single analog and digital channel that I was expecting. Awesome card to get HDTV and DVR on your Windows 7 PC. This works just as well as my Elgato EyeTV 250+ on OSX 10.6.2 Snow Leopard for those of you that also have Macs to give you a comparison. I suspect the new drivers dated 3/23/10 corrected many of the problems that prior reviewers described.

I received my card last week. I opened up my box and slid the card in.
It went in easily.
I installed all the drivers and MAKE SURE YOU USE THE Device manager where to find on the CD. It works fine with just the drivers there.
Although they say an updated driver will come out in 2010, it works fine without it.
My HD channels are vivid and clear on my Acer 24" monitor

I purchased this from another vendor. The documentation states that this card supports Cable Clear QAM. But, the software supplied does not find any QAM channels. Even the Media Center Windows 7 does not find any QAM channels. But what I found was that BeyondTV does find all the QAM channels. This is very good software, but is expensive at $99.99 (I'm currently using the trial version). I'm not about to spend that kind of money, on a card that I only spend $25.00 on. It's a shame, as the picture quality of the HD channels on my LCD monitor is very good. I would give this card 5 stars if the softare worked with Cable Clear QAM. But as it is, this card is a waste of money. I should also state that for over the air HDTV, it also works very well with very good picture quality. But it doesn't find the same number of OTA channels as my lcd tv does using the same antenna.
