I purchased this card after deciding that PhysX is enabled in Portal and some other games (see Nvidia's supported titles for PC). Since I have a 4800+ AMD (dual core), I wanted to help out my processor to do Physics in game. The card does just that. I gained 2400 on 3DMark putting my HD5770 to just shy of 9000 on 3D score. This is wonderful. I'm sure when I upgrade my CPU to the Phenom II 965 4x, that my score will go up even more. Now that I have PhysX with my ATI card, I don't feel left out. Be sure to download the driver for this card from Nvida. You'll need the full download that was released awhile back, and then the current "Profile update" download to complete the install to most current. And yes, the Nvida PhysX drivers work fine with the ATI drivers.

Have fun and good gaming!

Money well-spent.

Pros:

Amazing eye candy! Adds a whole new level of realism. Looks great in GR:AW, but looks simply amazing in GR:AW 2! I have yet to try it in other games, but I am sure it will work well in those as well.

Cons:

Price.

Not many games support the Ageia PPU.

Uses PCI, wait until the PCI-e PhysX card comes out.

'Some' of the added affects such as in GR:AW look a little cheesy, but that is not the fault of the card.

Causes a somewhat lower frame rate, but not alot in my experience.

Don't let the cons deter you, they are only minor complaints!

Would I buy it again? Definately, although I would wait for the PCI-e version.

It is after all a physics card, I got this for 25$ so even though I has almost no use, I will keep it for the simple fact that it looks cool with the high quality you expect from BFG products. As well as it had 3 blue LED lights on the fan which light uo the bottom of my case with my green which I like. The small fan is a little noisy at first but quiets down. New graphics cards Nvidia, have physx on them so if you have an older card this may offer some speed boost, however, if you have some space in your pc and want to fill a slot just to look kool and bragging rights this would be it. Most games do not support Physx however more will in the future, so this may have use in the future. I also had one heck of a time with drivers installation. I just like how it looks through my side pannel with the blue lights.
