Ten minutes to figure out how to remove the aol icon and/or program? It sounds like you're exactly the sort of customer AOL should be targeted at. I downloaded the software from creative.com and didn't have anything else install.

As for A/V cables -- what cards DO have this type of input as a standard? Uh...like none. Get the platinum cards if you want that type of thing, obviously the "value" model isn't going to come with all the bells and whistles.

Installation was a breeze once I realized I had to disable the "PCI Bridge" in my device manager to turn off my onboard sound. Also, I immediately noticed the complete lack of feedback out of my idle speakers. Don't know what I'm talking about? This card works great, just make sure you grab the latest drivers from creative's website or you'll run into many issues!
