Having both types of the Diamond 6870 cards there are two versions this is a refreshed version of the orgianl released version. perfomance wise the revised version is a lot quieter you almost dont even notice it .. while the older stock version is noteably louder by graphic card standards performance wise its still a quiet card. I bought this card to add another 6870 for crossfire. performance is pretty good crossfire wise it will play battle field 3 on high at 1080p ultra settings are playable at lower resolutions my exspirience so far has been around 1600 x 1000 or 1366x 1280 are very playable at 1080p and higher there is some noticable areas that seem to lag considering 6990's even have a hard time with this game im quite happy with the results as far as over clocking go's from exspirience i have noticed that the diamond cards tend to cost a little more but they also have a lot of head room for overclocking i had one of the original refernce cards clocked around 960~970 only thing...Read more
