Summary: Service, Service, Service 2010-02-12
Comment: The video card is great. It does everything you should expect it to. However, the first card I purchased was not functioning properly. I had to jump through a few small hoops (having to have my entire system checked out to absolutely verify beyond a shadow of a doubt that it couldn't possibly be the card that was malfunctioning). Imagine to my surprise when the store I was having the system checked at verified the video card had failed. So I finally sent the card back, which cost $15 more on my own tab. Silly me, I should have known that if I bought a defective card I would be my fault and of course have to pay more. Well, the process between verifying it was the video card, sending and receiving it back took around 3 weeks. Since I use the computer this video card was installed on for school, it was more than a little inconvenient. So beware, it is YOUR FAULT if you buy a defective video card and let the inconvenience begin!!!

Comment: I was very pleased and surprised by this card. I had bought it to get our 4th computer going to store business files on. To my amazement it kicks my older 9800 gtx into the dust.It only takes 1 6 pin pcie adapter which is nice. While I was setting up the file server I had to test out a few games on it just to make sure the card was working right (lol). I played WoW,several nfs games and crysis in 1680x1050 with no lag or skips at all. I think this card is overkill for what I needed but at least I can play a few games when I am doing "maintenance" on the file server.I guess I should also mention I installed it on windows 7 64 bit with no problems. Great card would buy again in a second.

Comment: Excellent product I'm using with SLI on Crysis and the graphics are perfect. The only problem is the cooling system that is not so good. The temperature stays on 63 Celsius degrees only on windows desktop without running any software.

Comment: I love this video card. It produces great graphics and I've had no problems with it. It is quite large, but as long as you have a good/modern case and motherboard, you won't have any problems with the spacing. I bought this card for my first DIY PC three months ago and it's still working great.

Summary: A good card but some issues with Win 7 64 2009-12-10
Comment: Good card in my Win 7 64bit system but have had some issues after installing it. I think it is causing my system to lock up but haven't been able to prove it beyond a doubt. Otherwise I did notice a nice performance increase after installing this card.
