This review is from: GT 430 (Fermi) 1GB 64-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Low Profile Ready Video Card, ENGT430/DI/1GD3/MG(LP) (Personal Computers)
Gives 90fps with Half-Life 2 Lost Coast in 1920x1080 full-screen with all the settings turned to max.
Carries audio over HDMI and DVI with no additional S/PDIF cable needed.
Heat-sink does stick out and overtakes another slot, but I don't put anything that close anyway.
Works Great For Me,

I use this card in my I3 based HTPC. This card works great for my needs. It displays 1080p content well and allows for sending the audio over the HDMI cable to the TV.
Works fine, with one caveat,

I purchased this video card to replace my OEM 9800GT card that came pre-installed in an HP Pavilion desktop computer. Shipping was prompt and the card arrived without incident. The problem occurred when I installed the card in the PCI-E slot. Pictures of the card on the Amazon web page from the edge-on perspective (e.g. looking at it as you would from the back of the desktop tower, with the video ports facing you) did NOT show that the heat sink is wider than a typical slot (the wider heat sink IS shown for the older ENGT430/DI/1GD3(LP) card though). Asus' web site was no help either, as I tried to verify the width of the ENGT430/DI/1GD3/MG(LP) there as well...no "back view" pics of the card there either. With my initial install, I had to wedge the card into the slot by partially flexing it against a pre-installed wi-fi card. The result was a pretty annoying fan noise. I ended up solving the problem by not screwing down the back tab, and allowing the whole assembly to shift to...Read more
