I used this to replace a GeForce 8000 series card on a 4 year old Win 7 machine. The installation was easy and I immediately noticed improved performance and stability. Despite the fact that it has a large fan, I rarely hear it. I can run starcraft II at 1920x1200 res with moderately high settings on an older machine. World of Warcraft runs at the highest settings without problems.
I suspect that the card's capabilities may be a bit more limited for some of the newer resource intensive games but must say that this $80 investment has probably extended the life of my computer by another 2 years.

Bought to add to my existing setup which consists of an AMD Phenom II 910e, 8GB DDR3 1600MHz, ASRock 970X motherboard, now 2x HiS Radeon 5670 1GB GDDR5 video, 64GB SSD, 650GB Hard drive, and 23in LED HDMI monitor with 19in LCD widescreen as secondary. Made Crysis exceptionally playable on highest settings at 1280x720 or medium settings at 1920x1080. Before, I had to use high and medium settings at 720P. Now all the graphics settings are at very high and still maintains 30fps with very few dips below!
1 day shipping is exceptional at $4 for me. The item got here before the site ever gave me a shipping number or even said it shipped!

When I purchased this card, I didn't know what to expect. However, it turned out to be a solid graphics addition to my system. This card is all that it is advertised to be. When I installed the card, and rebooted my system, I didn't hear the usual "whine" of a fan motor starting up, and I thought I had done something wrong. It is just that the card is designed so well, and the cooling is so great that you can't hear the thing coming on line. The only reason I would change this card is to upgrade my whole system. Then I would need something more heavy-duty in the PCI-X slot.
