HP Nvidia Quadro NVS280 64MB Dual DVI ATX PCI Video Graphics Card

This is the first thing I purchased on Amazon and it is broken! The component is listed as a DVI connection but every electronic store I take it to has no idea what the connection is really is. They all said it looks like a proprietary connection. In the picture it gives you the impression you will get the component, a disc and a connector of some sort. All i received was a component with a damaged port. Under there contact info it says they are willing to work with any returns but for charges to contact Amazon and Amazon is telling me to contact the seller. I'm on the line with an Amazon CSR right now... But this is all bad so far.
