I'm not a computer geek to the point where I can build my own PC. I'm a generally tech-savvy consumer who bought a new monitor only to find out that the video card my PC came with couldn't support the monitor's native resolution. So after talking to tech support, I found out I needed a new video card. I went to my local discount computer parts store and picked up this memory card. I asked the guy at the store what I'd need to install it. He said I might need a screwdriver, nothing major.
I got home, looked up a video on youtube to figure out how to install it. I watched the 4 minute video and had the memory card installed and working in minutes. Piece of cake. It works fine and my monitor looks amazing.
