NOTE: Requires NVIDIA approved 3D Monitor and GT240 or higher graphics card. Includes full digital copy of game. NVIDIA 3D Vision Active Shutter Glasses for PCs work with cutting edge LCDs that feature true 120Hz LCD technology to deliver a full-resolution 3D experience. With this method, the left and right eye images are presented on alternating frames, but since these monitors are capable of 120Hz, each eye still sees a full 60Hz signal that is equivalent to the refresh rate on LCD monitors today. 3D Vision PCs support desktop LCD monitors with resolutions of 1680x1050 and 1920x1080.This offers a number of advantages including: Full resolution per eye: In 3D mode, each eye receives the full resolution of the display for the highest possible image quality for text and objects. Wide Viewing angle for 3D: Because full images are presented on alternating frames, there are no restrictions on the viewing angle in 3D mode. Users are free to move their heads vertically or horizontally within the full viewing angle of the display without losing the 3D effect or suffering increased ghosting which allowing for comfortable viewing for continuous gaming or movie Watching. Great 2D Operation: If you decide to switch back to 2D at any time, the performance of 3D Vision PCs support a 120 Hz higher refresh rate that reduces ghosting and blur typically found during motion on existing PCs that have 60 Hz displays. Personalized fit: Designed and built by NVIDIA, our high tech active shutter glasses have top-of-the-line optics, include adjustable nose pieces, and are modeled after modern sunglasses. AUTOMATIC DETECTION AND DYNAMIC 3D ADJUSTMENT: Once you get a 3D Vision PC, experiencing 3D is quick and easy. When you launch a certified game, it will automatically run in 3D. Since the 3D effect is driven by the GeForce GPU, you can increase/decrease the 3D depth or toggle it on/off in real time.

Just a heads up, this kit contains the new glasses that were announced March 15th on the Nvidia Blog. Nothing much has changed other than the battery now offers an estimated 60 hours of gameplay versus the 40 hours before.

Definitely lived up to the hype. These are active 3d glasses and they lasted me about 2weeks of play with one charge. They simply plug into your computer via usb and can be hooked up while playing the game if glasses are dead. Note that nVidia doesn't support winxp so vista or higher os's are needed to utilize glasses

The glasses last a LONG time on a single charge and the kit comes with a 10 foot long mini USB cable for charging while playing too. Also comes with 6 foot cable for hooking up the transmitter.

This works flawlessly with an Acer H5360 projector, just as the website says it will. New Vegas looks amazing.

The only possible con is that the 3D technology does NOT play well with reflections or water effects. You look in a mirror on the Duke Nukem Forever game, you'll be freaked out - some might even complain of eye strain. And water looks very odd as well. There are probably tweaks or fixes for this issue, but the latest drivers (or the Beta drivers for BF3) don't seem to resolve them.

Great deal on Amazon, best price on the web right now.
