dont get this one, make sure you get the pci express (pci-e), this is the best you can get right now, this branch of ati is very good at making these products, best if used with MythTv on linux, or my favorite sorry to say, windows vista ultimate, i am actually going to buy a couple more of these so i can record three or four HD channels at once, that's what its all bout specially if your a sports fan. Make sure you have a decent system to run this bad boy, most people who complain about this product are novice pc users and usually are the ones tying up tech support hot-lines, ha.
Its nice to be able to record shows virtually as well when I'm not home, through remote desktop on someone else computer or my pda smart phone. I can also access all my media and recorded shows via mobile phone or distant computer with remote desktop. don't use any other software to record tv other than the media center by vista or MythTV with Linux. booya
