First let me start by saying that it is my mistake in thinking the XLR8 label immediately meant this was the same as all PNY 460 GTX XLR8 labeled cards. IT IS NOT. This version is not Overclocked. It comes with a 675 Core Clock vs the 765 Core Clock of the OC version, and a lower 37.8 Billion/sec Texture fill rate vs the OC's 48.4 Billion/sec, among other differences in performance.
This is significant considering the price charged by Magstrading at the time I ordered is higher than the same card directly from PNY. This however is my fault for not checking there first. For the price charged by Magstrader you can pick up the OC version, which will be faster.
