I just picked one of these up when they went on sale to replace my old 8600 GTS 256MB. What a world of difference. Even though this card is a few years old, it can still run with the best of them. My system was fairly high-end when I built it a few years ago, so it isn't slow (AMD Phenom X4 @ 2.5GHz w/8GB memory), but it's by no means high-end today. I hoped that wouldn't matter, since games nowadays rely so heavily on the graphics card, and I was right. Games with slightly older engines (Portal 2, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3) run at every setting maxed out, 60+ FPS. Newer games like Battlefield 3 and Skyrim both run very well with settings at mid-to-high (this is all at 1680 x 1050 resolution, by the way). So at the price-point they're going for now, you can still have fun with games being released today without breaking the bank. hola amigos esta tarjeta de video es la leche..para la gente que busca una gama media y la misma responde muchas veces en muchos juegos con una tarjeta de video de gama alta..si no tienes mucho dinero recomiendo que compre esta tarjeta de video ya que la misma responde muy bien ante cualquier juego de gama alta..espero que esto les ayude..
