The Powercolor ATI Radeon HD 4350 is a good choice for a media center PC or a low-cost solution if you have very modest gaming needs.

If you're an avid gamer, especially if you have a large monitor, this card is not for you. But if you've got a smaller screen, or are playing older games (or maybe kids games that don't require much horsepower), or just don't mind playing with all the details turned to low then this card is OK.

It's primary purpose I think is best suited to a media center PC. It supports hardware decoding of all the major videos codecs, to take the burden off of the CPU. It's passively cooled (meaning no fans) so it adds no noise to the system. The power consumption is very low-power consuming somewhere around 8-9w at idle and around 15w at full load, which is substantially less than most other cards.
