Powercolor ATI Radeon HD 4650 512MB DDR2 PCI-Express Video Card
This review is from: Powercolor ATI Radeon HD 4650 512MB DDR2 PCI-Express Video Card (Personal Computers)
This video card isn't a monster that can play all the games maxed out, but they performance you get is really good if the price is around 50 bucks. That is because it is a low end card and its aimed for low resolutions for the new games available. In my case is just what I needed, but if you play with mid to high resolutions then you may need to lower some details in games.
An advantage is that it consumes a low amount of energy because it doesn't need to be connected to the power supply unit (PSU), it just need to be plugged in the PCI-Express slot.
