Had my 9800GT tank on me a couple weeks back, checked tomshardwares video card buying guide and had about $150 to spend. This card will play anything you can throw at it at 1680x1050. Get about 30-35 fps in Crysis with the settings on High with 4xAA. Another major plus is that it's very quiet, even with the fan on 100%, the CPU fan still overwhelms it, and it's not loud.

$150 will get you a card that will play just about any game at full 1080p with settings maxed without slowdown (you hear me Crysis 2!!!) The card fits into tight spots and the cooler and fan are adequate, even though I reapplied it with some Arctic Silver thermal paste. Hard to go wrong with this card, it even comes with a steam copy of Dirt 2.
