Pros:
- Dead silent
- Slightly overclocked out of the box
- Fan in 2D is set to 40%
- Compact size will fit in many more cases

Cons:
- It needs 2 x 6-pin
- Still selling for MSRP
- Only 2-way SLi

Other Thoughts:
I had a 9800GT which was fanless and this card isn't adding any more noise that I can hear. I am very sensitive to noise from fans and hdds and I can honestly say that it's a very quiet card. Good reference design keeps the card cool and quiet. Performance is about the same as any other GTX460 with 1GB of RAM.
