I was looking to buy an entire new computer setup with the relatively new core i7 920 processor and a GTX 295 dual gpu video card. I planned out a build that would of cost me about $1700 total. I then found out about the GTX285 which I didn't even know existed. A guy from a local computer shop mentioned his friend buying one and how well it performed, so I decided to research it. From all the benchmarks I have seen online it is quite a performer. I purchased this XFX GTX285 on Tuesday morning and got it in on Thursday. I did not purchase it from Amazon, but still got it quickly. I spent several hours testing numerous games with it. Here are the results I have found.

Important system info is as follows:

Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 @ stock 3.16ghz speed.
4gb DDR2-800 G.Skill memory
XFX GTX285 @ stock settings (upgraded from 8800GT KO)
Using NVIDIA drivers 181.22
BFG Tech 650watt power supply
