If you are looking for an inexpensive graphics card that will run your games without having to go out purchase a more powerful power supply for your computer, this is it. Installation is a breeze, and XFX site has great driver support. The card has been flawless at everything I have thrown at it, and amazingly silent. I can play Call of Duty 5 and Far Cry at full-setting. YouTube and Hulu now run seemlessly. The Bottom Line: No other 3D graphics card comes close to this bang for the buck, making the 320MB XFX GeForce 8800 GTS mostly an easy decision if you need a midrange upgrade.

3.0 out of 5 stars its old but still works, April 25, 2011

Okay boys and girls here's the tale of this baby. A few years ago when I was in some desperation i went to ebay and bought a Nvidia graphics card. At that time and to this day graphic cards confused me to the point of just random guessing and buying w/e i had enough for. Looking at my computer it had a 8500 nvidia and looking online this baby was a 9500, other specifications were like braile to me idk what im looking as so i just said screw it i'll buy this one and so i did. for the 100buck i spent on it it seemed to be the best and the graphics card performed liek a charm. lowering some of my graphics Wow during LK would run from 20-30 - 60 fps at times, this thing allows me to use 8x antistropering filtering or w/e its called. i could put everything on ultra but 5 fps isnt what im into (this is recently with cata) If you are looking for a graphics card that kiccks butt and takes names i dont think this is your choice but if you are lookign for a fairly nice and can run at some...Read more

1.0 out of 5 stars not worth buying, February 11, 2010
A Kid's Review
This review is from: XFX nVidia GeForce 9500GT 512 MB DDR2 VGA/DVI/HDTV PCI-Express Video Card PVT95GYAR2 (Personal Computers)
I bought this card to play newer games like Fifa 10, Dead Space..etc. It messes me up big time. Games crash or freeze randomly. Video card even freezes on older games like Top Spin 2 and Black Hawk Striker 2 (from Wild Tangent).

I wish I would have bought an ATI cards like Asus Radeon 4550 which performs much much better and more stable.
