This review is from: ZOTAC nVidia GeForce 210 512 MB DDR2 DVI/HDMI PCI-Express Video Card( Low Profile) ZT-20301-10L (Personal Computers) I recently bought this card, but a newer version has just been released: ZOTAC SYNERGY GeForce 210 512 MB (TC 1GB) 64-Bit DDR2 (589MHz/800MHz) Graphics Card ZT-20302-10L. I am using it in its low-profile configuration in a Dell Vostro 200 running Windows XP Professional. I am using the DVI output to the DVI input on one monitor and the HDMI output to the DVI input on a second monitor (HDMI to DVI cable AmazonBasics HDMI to DVI Adapter Cable (9.8 Feet / 3.0 Meters)). My Windows desktop is extended to the second monitor, meaning that the monitors display different things. I can drag a window to the second monitor and view it there. This review is from: ZOTAC nVidia GeForce 210 512 MB DDR2 DVI/HDMI PCI-Express Video Card( Low Profile) ZT-20301-10L (Personal Computers) Purchased this card to go into a Dell Optiplex GX280. Video is outstanding, low heat, no noise, and gaming graphics are wonderful. System has P4 3.2/3GB 667 RAM/500GB SATA II HD/mainboard LAN is 10/100/1000, and new DVD RW. Video graphics more than cover hooking up to high end flat panel monitors or TV's. Has two change out plates for installation in mini towers still allowing you to have DVI and HDMI. In full as card comes you have DVI/HDMI/VGA. This card is outstanding for everyday photos, videos, internet, movies, and some 3-D gaming. 2 of 3 people found the following review helpful: By Mark G. This review is from: ZOTAC nVidia GeForce 210 512 MB DDR2 DVI/HDMI PCI-Express Video Card( Low Profile) ZT-20301-10L (Personal Computers) I wanted to have dual monitors on my new computer - so I bought this video card because it was one of the inexpensive cards on Amazon that was also listed on Microsoft's site as Windows 7 compatible. The card and the driver installation went well. I was surprised, after I booted up, that my on-board video (that came with the computer) was not seen by my system. So I THOUGHT I only had one monitor and was no closer to two monitors than before I bought the card. I got on the Zotac web site to look for a FAQ or document to explain how to enable my on-board video. As soon as I clicked on "Support" I saw the option for LIVE CHAT and they were online at 8:30 PM on a friday night. I waited less than a minute for a rep and I learned that it's not possible have on-board video and a PCI video card enabled at the same time with my computer. I asked the rep if he could recommend a dual monitor Windows 7 compatible card. He said this card did support dual monitors - and...Read more |
