The card in the picture is the FSP model, and not the FSR. The difference is the thickness (the heatsink sticks out beyond the thickness of the faceplate), and the position of the fan (it's centered above the long row of connectors, and not further back on the card, behind the latch).
This is not a problem if you have the open space next to your PCI-E slot, but definitely one if there's another card already there. Like a TV Tuner card, for example.
